  1. I am still listening! Just being quiet. I do enjoy these so much, after all.

  2. I'm a complete fanboy of this podcast. Even if you don't remember my existence.

*Don't cry out loud...just keep it inside...*

This was a very exciting episode! Alliance making, alliance breaking, a bug hunt, death, Blains being human for a moment, a siege, Blains being a dick again, big events for the knights, for the county, and for Britain as a whole...it's no wonder I look forward to Mondays now.

    1. Well, thanks, Gregg! I am so glad you listen to our group. I strive on making Blains as unpredictable as possible.

  3. I feel like Des's adversary role has grown out of control. She had two opposing NPCs besieging each other and presumably sending out cunningly worded barbs, and now has taken to directly calling out the temporally disjoint listeners to the podcast in order to get them to report for duty. You can't be an adversary to your fans! That way lies madness!

In lighter news, I'm glad you decided to do another year so that we don't have time to dwell on the horrible tragedy of a sudden and ignoble death. Clearly the curse of Black Anis has claimed its first victim, and I pray that it has taken its last. Also, welcome back Vergil! You went away for a few years where you met a mythical figure and got a bunch of sweet loot. Way better times (presumably) than when your fairy-loving friend went mad!

Also I'm sure everyone has a favourite Knight, but like every parent we'd rather not tell you and have you all fight for our love. My favourite adversary of course is this guy: http://tinyurl.com/JakeAdversaryChoice

    1. I just wanted to bring the adversary experience to the listeners at home, work, and abroad so you experience the heckling for yourself and understand what David and the players are going through when I sit down at the table with them. Or maybe I am just a megalomaniac by nature.

I agree with your Black Annis curse theory. She is dangerous even in death.

      Jaradan is amazing. Very true.

Thanks for your support and adversary-boosting, Jake. :)

  4. Just now catching back up on the podcast. I am listening to this episode even as I post. This is one of my favorite actual play groups and I'm very picky when it comes to actual play podcasts that I listen to.

Dave's help has been invaluable for my own GPC campaign and I've pilfered more than a few ideas just from listening to these sessions.

  5. I'm only about 20 minutes into this, but felt I had to comment on my favorite character: any of Larkins' Saxon, because they all sound like Bane, which is awesome.

PC-wise, Sir Pace and Sir Virgil were awesome. I'm really digging Sir Tathan. Also, Jaradan is awesome as always.

    But Bane-Saxons are the best.
