I trust we've all learned a valuable lesson about asking for help from anyone in the Deadlands: If they agree to do so, they're almost certainly planning to betray you. They probably aren't usually planning to sacrifice you to the Unholy Deity of Scrubbing Bubbles, but the point still stands.
ReplyDeleteIt's an important lesson, and I'm glad we got it out of the way early on. The Scrubbing Bubbles only added to the impact.
