[Esoteric Order Duets] Neon Masquerade (Classic World of Darkness) - Episode One: Suicide's an Alternative/You'll Be Sorry
The Vampire Duet campaign kicks off in earnest as Aaron comes to grips with his new condition and gets his first taste of the depths and intricacies of Kindred society and politics.
Poor Aaron. He's clearly gone off the deep end. One hallucinatory "friend" who tries to tell him he's a vampire, other hallucinations to back it up. It's a good thing that the police have showed up. I'm sure the boys in blue will get him into a good mental health program where he can start to put his life back together.
Poor Mistress Black. It seems like somewhere between bathing in horse blood and openly murdering someone on television, her flawless plan for hiding yourself in human society has gone wrong. BUT WHERE?
Just relistening these. Oh my god! This whole chronicle could have gone so differently if Aaron had frenzied over that stake in Twizlers. And you made her roll twice! :D
So good, you two have to keep these up!
ReplyDeleteSeconded. So good.

ReplyDeleteAt this point in the 80's the Camarillo State Mental Hospital (aka one of the previously-alleged Hotel Californias) is still open for patients...

ReplyDeleteIndeed. It was the perfect crime!
DeleteThe police are probably just coming over to congratulate her.
