Not so sure if Vampire's meant to have those same sorts of things though :Dzerohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15705804551368071226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-15658934011267974902017-08-14T17:18:06.530-06:002017-08-14T17:18:06.530-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.zerohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15705804551368071226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-53746519026389741392017-08-01T19:02:35.303-06:002017-08-01T19:02:35.303-06:00Yes, it's weird even in Pendragon when you go ...Yes, it's weird even in Pendragon when you go nuts mid-fight, but at least there it's only a possibility on one roll, not on every roll.

Though, honestly, that seems like it might be just as weird happening on any roll. Falling in love with someone you're trying to sneak past or hating someone because you're trying to pick a lock would also be odd.Maxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02703036758388903082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-28738057805625507662017-07-31T20:36:11.152-06:002017-07-31T20:36:11.152-06:00Agreed. It seems like there should either be a separate table for combat-related Compulsions, or else if you suffer a Compulsion in combat it's a set reaction, like Frenzy for a number of rounds equal to the Compulsions rolled or something. Falling madly in hate/love with someone in the middle of a fight is just...huh.David Larkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04133630988557116729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-14293193174272418522017-07-31T20:06:18.927-06:002017-07-31T20:06:18.927-06:00That seemed like it was going pretty smoothly unti...That seemed like it was going pretty smoothly until combat started and those hunger dice started getting rolled a lot. A system like that seems like it might fall apart a bit when the results seem kind of non-combat oriented, but combat (or action in general) is going to comprise the biggest collections of rolls.Maxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02703036758388903082noreply@blogger.com
