I was interested to here how the "Archadian Saga" would have worked out if he killed Arthur. Remembering every rule may be easy for some people but I know I am not one of them.
I have been on the fence about the winter events table and feast event cards but I like the way they work with your group. The events table does slow down the start of your sessions but I can see how they help the game master come up with the B and C plots that personalize each player’s story. The feast cards have obviously captured your group of players. Sometimes it sounds you could get lynched for missing a feast.
Did you ever post your burgher tables??
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09516246346971133024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-78485067799930140152015-05-04T19:29:12.750-06:002015-05-04T19:29:12.750-06:00Speaking of Cynrain's glory, I think new knigh...Speaking of Cynrain's glory, I think new knights should have to make roll on the first sight of beholding Cynrain. Otherwise, there's no real difference between marrying Sir Lancelot and Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Podcast. They're both knights, so they both have over 1000 glory.

Also, I don't know if you've ever seen the video that came with the old Dragonstrike board game (it's a fantastic representation of a D&D game), but there's a scene where a thief confronts an owlbear and the elf suggests she try flattering it. If I were to start the GPC over again, I'd be using the books exclusively.

Hopefully we'll see a KAP 6.0 sometime in the future to get all these developments under one cover. Right now, I'm somewhat reminded of my days of running AD&D 2e in the mid-90s, when there were multiple versions of the rules floating around depending on what sources you chose to include. It's not a bad thing, per se, but a unified rulebook would be nice all the same.David Larkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04133630988557116729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5987461543629921122.post-60476712634118696972015-05-04T14:57:53.941-06:002015-05-04T14:57:53.941-06:00Cynrain could have certainly been the father of Ry...Cynrain could have certainly been the father of Rydycham, but Jade has commented on her surprise that he keeps making the rolls needed to stay faithful.

I did check though that based on the bonus Seren got to recognise Lancelot he is still less glorious than Cynrain by about 9,000 points.
